The effects of climate change are already being experienced across the Barwon South West region, including higher average temperatures, harsher fire weather and reduced rainfall.

Developing a coordinated approach to adaptation is critical to building resilience in our communities and securing a healthy and prosperous future for all in our region.

The toolkit is designed to equip individuals, organisations and sectors with the skills to collaborate on climate change planning.

This toolkit has been developed by the Victorian Government’s Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.
